Our goals

Born and raised on Eastern Shore of Virginia, Dr. Frances is a God lover,  an ordained Minister, International Amazon Best Selling Author , Podcast Host, TedX Speaker,  wife, mother,  philanthropist, and an Award Winning Certified Coach and Certified Christian Counselor. After answering the call, she obtained her certifications in life, empowerment and life recovery coaching. After obtaining those certifications, some time later God called Frances to another level in him and then she went and received her certification as a Christian Counselor. As a way to strengthen her leadership skills, she then went and earned her certifications in foundations of leadership, advanced leadership, and executive leadership.

 Not only is Frances the CEO of Frances Bailey Enterprises, LLC but she is also the Founder and President of the nonprofit organization Red Door Empowerment which serves is to educate, empower, and equip individuals to walk out of things holding them hostage and walk in deliverance to reach their destiny through community outreach, workshops, support groups and more!!  

Frances has her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in CJ management, a Master’s in Public Administration, a  Doctorate in Leadership and an Honorary Doctorate: Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Trinity International School of Business. Frances has her Doctorate in Theology and a Master in Christian Humanities from the  School of the Great Commission Theological Seminary. Having a personal relationship with Christ is one of Frances priorities. 

 Frances is a member of National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and ACHI Woman Supporting Woman Association Inc. She has been awarded the "Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the president of United States for her volunteer work in the county.   She has also been awarded the “Iconic Woman “award and  the Achi Magazine Woman of Influence  award and has been a Virginia nominee for the National ACHI Magazine “Woman on the rise” and “Community Leader of the Year” awards.  She has  been awarded the United Nations Woman of Distinction award, Global Initiative Award, and Entrepreneur of the Year award from Courageous magazine.  Frances recently was a top 5 nominee of the Kingdom Image Awards for the "Author of The Year and Influencer of the Year Award. Frances also was awarded the 2021 Influencer of the Year Glambitious Award and 2022 Coach of the Year award.  Dr. Bailey was honored in the United Kingdom with the "Life Turn Around Award" at the 18th Annual UK and European  Wise Woman Awards She was  recently crowned Mrs. Virginia - Woman of Achievement (1st runner up for Ms. US). Frances has also been been awarded for the State of Virginia as Mother of Year-American Mother.

 Frances' expertise, testimonies, and wisdom  has taken her before great individuals. To name a few, she been featured on WESR Shore Daily News radio station, the Eastern Shore Post newspaper, Voyage ATL Magazine, Sheen Magazine, Nigeria Woman.NG magazine, WomELLE magazine,  the international Walden University Alumni magazine , Glambitious Magazine, Today's Purpose Woman magazine, VIP Global Magazine and so many more.  She has had exclusive interviews and featured on FOX 34, CBS 16, and NBC 21. She was also featured on FOX 34 as “Top Entrepreneurs You Should Know."  Furthering her media exposure, she was featured and interviewed on WSKY-SKY4 network TV and also in Making Headlines News electronic media outlet. Frances has also been interviewed on several podcasts platforms.

Frances Bailey Enterprises, LLC has also been listed as a global business on the Brainz 500 Global list 2020 that is based in Stockholm, Sweden.  

Frances was also awarded as a Brainz 500 Global Honoree for one of a total of 500 Companies, Top Entrepreneurs, Influential Leaders and Business owners recognized for their entrepreneurial success, achievements, and dedication to help others. Frances is an executive contributor to their magazine  and  also a content contributor to the Golden Key International Honor Society Academy.
