Dr. Frances Bailey of Virginia was awarded the title of Mrs. U.S. Woman of Achievement. A courageous survivor of domestic violence, Frances is the founder of Red Door Empowerment, an organization that empowers, equips, and educates women transitioning out of domestic violence situations. Her platform focuses on providing critical resources and support to help these women rebuild their lives. Frances is also the founder of Purpose Zeal Academy, where she works to inspire and train women to reclaim their purpose and pursue new opportunities. Her personal journey and advocacy work have inspired countless others to seek help and find strength in their own stories of survival and recovery.

Woman of Achievement Pageant Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Exceptional Winners Across Multiple Divisions

Irvine, CA — The 10th Annual Woman of Achievement Pageant, a premier celebration of women who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, service, and personal growth, culminated in a night of recognition at the Hyatt Regency Irvine on Sunday, November 24, 2024. The four-day event, which brought together inspiring women from various backgrounds, included impactful speeches, a leadership luncheon, and judged segments focusing on community service, personal interviews, creative expression, fitness, and evening gown presentations.
Winners were announced across multiple divisions, with the pageant honoring women in the Miss, Mrs., Ms., and the new"Elegance" division for women over 60 years of age. The winners were selected based on their outstanding achievements, personal stories, and commitment to empowering others.
In addition to the pageant’s traditional categories, Marlena Martin, the visionary Director of the pageant, was honored with a crystal award recognizing her 10 years of dedication to developing and uplifting women through this platform. In addition to the crystal award, Martin received a historic Tudor-era replica headpiece, symbolizing her legacy in the pageant world and her transformative influence in empowering women to embrace their greatness.
